Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
